A desi dish from gujarat. It's made from steamed spicy bajra flour with spices, ghee and thick buttermilk or curd. It is a winter special and regular dish in my kitchen.

  • 125 gram curd
  • 1/2 glass Water
  • 12.50 gram chopped green garlic
  • 1.75-2 crushed green chilies
  • 0.13 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/2 Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1.75-2 curry patta/leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Jeera
  • 0.06 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • As required For the ganish
  • 1/4 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tablespoon some chopped green garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ghee
