  • 0.83 cup MeasuringWheat flour.
  • 1/4 nos Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder.
  • 0.17 nos Tea Spoon Garam Masala.
  • 0.08 nos Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder.
  • 0.08 nos Tea Spoon Cumin Powder.
  • 0.33 nos Table Spoon Kasuri Methi crushed.
  • 0.17 nos Tea Spoon Amchur Powder.
  • 0.08 nos Tea Spoon Carum Seeds.
  • 0.17 nos Tea Spoon Ginger Paste.
  • 0.33 nos Table Spoon Ghee.
  • 0.33 nos Tea Spoon Salt.

Directions: Spicy And Tasty Masala Paratha. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take one Bowl. Add 2 and 1/2 Measuring Cup Wheat flour. Add 3/4 Tea Spoon Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala, 1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder, 1/4 Tea Spoon Cumin Powder, 1 Table Spoon Kasuri Methi Crushed, 1/2 Tea Spoon Amchur Powder, 1/4 Tea Spoon Carum Powder, 1/2 Tea Spoon Ginger Paste, 1 Table Spoon Ghee, 1 Tea Spoon Salt. Crumbled and Mix all ingredients.
  • STEP 2.Add 1 Measuring Cup Hot Water. Mix Well with Spatula, Moist flour.Then knead dough, if required add Water. And Knead Soft Dough.Grease the Dough with 1 Tea Spoon Oil. And rest for 15 Minutes.
  • STEP 3.After 15 Minutes Knead Dough slightly. Make ball sized Dough. Dust Wheat flour. Roll Gently, slightly thick. Add 1/2 Tea Spoon Clarified Butter. Add pinch of Garam Masala. Spread uniformly. Create plate Bundles up from ball. Dust wheat flour. Roll uniformly, Slightly thick. Put it in Hot Pan.Flip over cook both the sides. Add 1/2 Tea spoon Oil. Roast Uniformly. And served Spicy and Tasty Masala Paratha with Red Chilli Pickle, Curd.
