STEP 1.Soaked soyabean and squeeze off the excess water from the chunks.
STEP 2.Cut all vegetables and keep aside. Crushed ginger and garlic.
STEP 3.Add them in bowl mixing with Corn flour, green chilli and salt.
STEP 4.Heat a kadai and fry chunks in medium heat until golden and crisp
STEP 5.Remove them to kitchen tissue. Set them aside.
STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan and put crushed ginger, green chilli and garlic and saute it. Add onion saute it for 2 minutes. Now add capsicum and saute it.
STEP 7.Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar
STEP 8.When sauce thicken add soya chunks in it and mix well.
STEP 9.Garnish Soya Manchurian with green coriander.
