Ingredients for Soyachunks Manchrian Recipe

  • 1/2 cup soyabean
  • 1 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1 g reen Chilli
  • As Required Salt as per ur taste
  • 1/2 g reen coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Vinegar
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger crushed
  • 1/2 Tbsp Garlic crushed

Directions: Soyachunks Manchrian Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soaked soyabean and squeeze off the excess water from the chunks.
  • STEP 2.Cut all vegetables and keep aside. Crushed ginger and garlic.
  • STEP 3.Add them in bowl mixing with Corn flour, green chilli and salt.
  • STEP 4.Heat a kadai and fry chunks in medium heat until golden and crisp
  • STEP 5.Remove them to kitchen tissue. Set them aside.
  • STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan and put crushed ginger, green chilli and garlic and saute it. Add onion saute it for 2 minutes. Now add capsicum and saute it.
  • STEP 7.Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar
  • STEP 8.When sauce thicken add soya chunks in it and mix well.
  • STEP 9.Garnish Soya Manchurian with green coriander.
