Ingredients for Soyabean Chilli Recipe

  • 1 cup Soya chunks
  • 3 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Edible oil for cooking
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Soya sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
  • 4 chopped Spring onions stalks

Directions: Soyabean Chilli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take some soya chunks and boil them for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Transfer the boiled soya into a bowl. Add 3 table spoons of , corn flour, soya sauce all purpose flour,  black pepper powder and schezwan sauce. Mix nicely.
  • STEP 3.Take a deep frying pan,  heat some oil and then add the coated soya chunks and fry until they turn light brown in color.
  • STEP 4.Take a wok, heat some oil and add some green chillies, some grinded garlics, spring onions,  some onion,  some capsicum, salt to taste,  black pepper and cook for a minute. Add some cornflour water at the end.
  • STEP 5.Now add some vinegar, lemon juice,  soya sauce,  tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Add salt to taste. Add the soya chunks in the pan and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 6.Soya chilli is ready,  serve with some onions and spring leaves.
