Chatpati chinese recepie prepared from soya chunks coated with corn flour, soya sauce and all purpose flour. Pan fried with veggies, ginger and seasoning ingredients.
STEP 1.Take some soya chunks and boil them for 10 minutes.
STEP 2.Transfer the boiled soya into a bowl. Add 3 table spoons of , corn flour, soya sauce all purpose flour, black pepper powder and schezwan sauce. Mix nicely.
STEP 3.Take a deep frying pan, heat some oil and then add the coated soya chunks and fry until they turn light brown in color.
STEP 4.Take a wok, heat some oil and add some green chillies, some grinded garlics, spring onions, some onion, some capsicum, salt to taste, black pepper and cook for a minute. Add some cornflour water at the end.
STEP 5.Now add some vinegar, lemon juice, soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Add salt to taste. Add the soya chunks in the pan and cook for a minute.
STEP 6.Soya chilli is ready, serve with some onions and spring leaves.
