  • STEP 1.Start by soaking the soya chunks in hot water for 15-20 minutes to soften them.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
  • STEP 3.Drain the water from the soya chunks and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
