(Moms favorite recipe)
In this soyachunks and paneer are combined to make koftas and the curry is made by few spices, cashewnut paste and cream.
STEP 1.▪️Boil soya chunks in water for 10 minutes, drain excess water, squeeze them properly and then grind into paste.
STEP 2.▪️In a bowl add soyachunks paste, grated paneer, cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt and cornflour and mix them properly.
STEP 3.▪️Take small portion of mixture and make medium size balls from it. Heat oil in pan and fry the koftas in medium flame.
STEP 4.▪️To make gravy heat oil in pan, add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves saute till fragnant, then add onion paste and saute for few seconds, add ginger garlic paste and tomato ketchup, saute on medium flame.
STEP 5.▪️Now add cashew nut paste, salt, sugar, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and yoghurt and mix them all properly.
STEP 6.▪️Now add 1/2 cup water and cook on medium flame for few minutes, now add 1 tsp garam masala powder, cream and kasoori meethi and mix. Put the koftas in the serving bowl, pour the gravy over it, Serve with paratha, naan or any type of rice.
