  • 1/2 cup Soya Chunks
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • as per your need Fresh Cream For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil water in a pan and add soya chunks. Cook for 5 minutes and drain.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add spinach puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add the boiled soya chunks and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • Before adding the soya chunks to the curry, make sure to squeeze out any excess water from them.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your taste by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • For a creamier texture, you can add a tablespoon of cashew paste or cream to the curry.
