  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together soya granules, mashed potatoes, onions, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 2.Shape the mixture into small balls and deep-fry until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, onions, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Cook until onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 5.Add water and bring the curry to a boil. Add the fried koftas and simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
