Momos are the famous Street food if Delhi it is healthy because steamed and filled with veggies.
Here my innovation is that I filled momos with soya Granulas and sprouted moong dal and dough is mixed with beetroot pulp.
STEP 3. and saute 3 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger and 2 chilli
STEP 4.Add soya granules and boiled peas.
STEP 5.Add salt and black pepper.
STEP 6.Add coriander leaves.
STEP 7.Momos covering......
STEP 8.Grind beetroot add little water.
STEP 9.Seive it and water is used for kneading flour.
STEP 10.Make very small ball sized momos dough and flatten
STEP 11.now dust with some maida and start to roll using a rolling pin.
STEP 12.Now place a heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre. start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything.
STEP 13.Press in middle and seal the momos forming a bundle. heat a steamer and arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other.
STEP 14.Furthermore, steam momos for 10-12 minutes or till shiny sheen appears over it. finally, veg momos recipe is ready to enjoy with momos chutney
