Momos are the famous Street food if Delhi it is healthy because steamed and filled with veggies. Here my innovation is that I filled momos with soya Granulas and sprouted moong dal and dough is mixed with beetroot pulp.

Ingredients for Soya Granulas Stuffed Beetroot Momos Recipe

  • As required For Dough
  • 0.33 cup Maida
  • 0.17 nos Beetroot
  • As required To taste salt
  • As required For sugging
  • 0.17 cup Soya granuales soaking in water
  • 0.08 cup green peas boiled
  • As required To taste salt
  • As required Oil for greasing
  • 1 nos clove garlic
  • As required finely chopped
  • 0.33 inch Ginger
  • As required finely chopped
  • 0.67 nos Chilli
  • As required finely chopped
  • 0.17 tsp Pepper
  • As required Crushed
  • 0.17 tsp Salt
  • As required Coriander leaves

Directions: Soya Granulas Stuffed Beetroot Momos Recipe

  • STEP 1.Stuffing....
  • STEP 2.Squeeze the all water from soya granulas
  • STEP 3. and saute 3 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger and 2 chilli
  • STEP 4.Add soya granules and boiled peas.
  • STEP 5.Add salt and black pepper.
  • STEP 6.Add coriander leaves.
  • STEP 7.Momos covering......
  • STEP 8.Grind beetroot add little water.
  • STEP 9.Seive it and water is used for kneading flour.
  • STEP 10.Make very small ball sized momos dough and flatten
  • STEP 11.now dust with some maida and start to roll using a rolling pin.
  • STEP 12.Now place a heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre. start pleating the edges slowly and gather everything.
  • STEP 13.Press in middle and seal the momos forming a bundle. heat a steamer and arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other.
  • STEP 14.Furthermore, steam momos for 10-12 minutes or till shiny sheen appears over it. finally, veg momos recipe is ready to enjoy with momos chutney
