Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil water in a pan and add soya chunks. Cook for 5 minutes and drain the water.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, and chili sauce.
  • STEP 3.Add the boiled soya chunks to the mixture and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the marinated soya chunks until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.In another pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and sauté until they are slightly cooked.
