  • 1/2 teaspoon Biryani Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.13 cup Fried Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Mint Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1.50 cup Water
  • 1.50 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated soya chunks and cook for a few minutes. Then add tomatoes, spices, and yogurt.
  • STEP 4.Add the soaked rice and water. Cover and cook until the rice is cooked and the flavors are well blended.
