  • 1/4 cup Soya Beans, Soaked Overnight
  • 50 gram Paneer, Cut Into Cubes
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • as required Chopped Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the soya beans in water overnight and then pressure cook them until they are soft.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked soya beans and paneer cubes. Mix gently and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to soak the soya beans overnight to ensure they cook properly.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your taste by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • For a creamier texture, you can add a tablespoon of fresh cream to the dish.
