Ingredients for Soy Milk Pudding Recipe

  • 3/4 cup soy beans
  • 1.20 liter Water
  • 2 cup milk or coconut milk
  • 0.33 cup Sugar
  • 6 No.s gelatine sheets

Directions: Soy Milk Pudding Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the soy beans overnight in fridge.
  • STEP 2.Add soaked soy beans in blender and add water. Blend.drain.
  • STEP 3.For the pudding
  • STEP 4.Soak gelatin pieces in cold water until softened.
  • STEP 5.Transfer soy milk to a pan, boil, and stir for 15 minutes. Turn off flame, add in milk. Add sugar and gelatine. Mix well until the gelatine dissolves.
  • STEP 6.Strain and put in different containers. Refrigerate.
  • STEP 7.Sifting soy bean flour on top and then serve.
