This is a relish that can be served with snacks for a tangy twist but can also be used as a pre-masala while cooking curry or vegetables as a taste enhancer. The soy garlic really mixes together well and replenishes the original taste of a meal.

Ingredients for Soy Garlic Masala Recipe

  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 6 Pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 Cup Dry roasted soybeans
  • 1 Cup Roasted peanuts
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 3 Tsp Chilli powder
  • A pinch Salt

Directions: Soy Garlic Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.In 1 tsp oil sauté soya bean, garlic, peanuts and jeer.
  • STEP 2.After cooling, grind all ingredients together and add the chilli powder and salt. Store the masala in an airtight container.
