This southwestern hominy skillet is the perfect weeknight meal. It takes 30 minutes from start to finish and makes 6-8 servings. I love hominy so this is a dish i make a lot. It's so versatile and easy to make.
Ingredients for Southwestern Hominy Skillet Recipe
1/2 cup Chopped romain lettuce can use iceburg or spinach
0.38 Hard boiled eggs
0.13 can Pinto beans drained and rinsed
0.63 piece Bacon cooked drained and chopped
0.06 cup Red onion chopped
0.06 cup Each of sweet peppers i used one red, orange and yellow
0.03 cup Ranch dressing
0.06 cup Picante salsa i use mild, if you like it spicy, use a hotter salsa
