1 can Carton plus 1 reduced sodium chicken broth
1 can Crushed tomatoes, undrained
1 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
1 pound Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 Large onion, chopped
0.33 cup Minced fresh cilantro
1 can Chopped green chilies
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
3 cup Frozen corn, thawed
As required Crushed tortilla chips and reduced fat mexican cheese blend
