1/4-1/4 pound 1/2 beef top round steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 tablespoon Canola oil
1/4 Large onions, chopped
1/4 Garlic cloves, minced
0.13 can Enchilada Sauce
0.13 can Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
0.13-1/4 can Chopped green chilies
0.13 teaspoon Salt
0.03 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 tablespoon All purpose flour
0.03 cup Cold water
1 Flour Tortillas
As required Diced tomatoes, sliced ripe olives, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, shredded lettuce and/or guacamole, optional
