South Slope Recipe

Recipe By Cocktail Party

The south slope, from famed mixologist michael madrusian, is quickly becoming one of our favorite summer drinks. Trendy though they are, aperol (a bitter citrus apritif) and lillet blanc (a white wine apritif) are absolutely dynamite together. Wed stick with aperol for this one, as bitter campari would take over the delicate flavors of lillet blanc (or cocchi americano, if you prefer). This makes for a small drink, so be sure your glassware doesnt dwarf it. We like it in a champagne coupe or nick and nora glass.
