0.33 nos Spring Curry Leaves.
0.67 nos Dry Red Chill. Slit in Half.
0-0.67 nos cashew nuts.
0-0.67 nos Groun Nuts.
0.33 nos Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder.
As required Salt to taste.
0.33 nos Medium Lemon Juice.
0.67 cups Kolum rice
0-0.33 nos Curry leaves.

Directions: South Indian Special Chitranna Receipe. Recipe
STEP 1.In a Kadai heat 1 Table Spoon Sesame Oil and add 1 Tea Spoon Mustard Seeds. 1 Tea Spoon Whole Black Gram. 1 Tea Spoon Chana Dal and let it get nutty brown.
STEP 2.Now add Curry Leaves, Dry Red Chillis, Green Chillis, saute for a minute. Then add Cashew Nuts, Ground Nuts, and saute until light Golden Brown. Switch Off the flames and add 1 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder, Salt, Lemon Juice and then Toss in the Rice.
STEP 3.Switch the Flames back on and sprinkle some Water on the Rice, Cover and Cook for 2-3 Minutes.
STEP 4.After 2-3 Minutes Remove the lid and crushed minutes of Curry Leaves, and Salt, Mix it Properly and Serve Warm.
