Sous Vide Potato Rösti Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Sous Vide Potato Rösti is a classic Swiss dish made with grated potatoes that are cooked to perfection using the sous vide method. The potatoes are seasoned with salt and pepper, then vacuum-sealed and cooked in a water bath at a precise temperature. This results in a crispy and golden brown exterior, while the inside remains tender and fluffy. Serve the potato rösti as a side dish or as a base for eggs, smoked salmon, or other toppings.
