  • STEP 1.Pressure cook the pigeon peas until they are soft and mushy.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut��� until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped mangoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the mangoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked pigeon peas to the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
