  • 0-1/2 cup Sorghum floor
  • 0-1/4 cup Cabbage
  • 1 tsp Green chilliefinally chopped
  • 0-1 tsp Spring onion
  • 0-1/4 nos Garlic pastetsp
  • 0-1/4 tsp Salt
  • 0-0.13 tsp Black pepper
  • 0-1 tsp Coriander leaves
  • 0-1 tsp Turnip grated

Directions: Sorghum Millet Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add all the ingredients in a bowl and combine together it with sorghum floor.Now take small portion and give a cutlet shape with your palm then shallow fry it in a non stick pan.serve it with roasted corn.
