STEP 1.Heat about a tbsp of ghee in a thick bottomed pan. Add jowar flour and fry for 5 minutes. Keep aside for cooling.
STEP 2.In the same pan dry fry cashew nuts and badam and allow to cool.
STEP 3.Fry soji for 2 mins.
STEP 4.Make a coarse powder of dry fruits and jaggery.
STEP 5.Mix this powder, soji with jowar flour.
STEP 6.Add cardamom powder and ghee.
STEP 7.Make laddus and if necessary add few spoons of milk to make laddus.
