  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 7 Ry Leaves
  • 2 Dried Red Chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 5.Add grated coconut and tamarind pulp. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
