  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the mutton chops with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add the marinated mutton chops and cook on high heat until they are browned on all sides.
