  • 1/2 cup Sooji
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • as required Oil

Directions: Sooji Cutlets Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl. Add suji and curd in it and mix well
  • STEP 2.Add sufficient water and mix well
  • STEP 3.Add all spices and mix well
  • STEP 4.Now with the hands take mixture and make balls
  • STEP 5.Take another pan now.
  • STEP 6.Add oil
  • STEP 7.Add cutlets in it and fry until crispy
  • STEP 8.Fry till golden brown.
  • STEP 9.Its ready
