Ingredients for Soft chin chin Recipe

  • 1/5 cup All purpose flour
  • 0.40 cup Sugar
  • 1/5 tsp baking soda
  • 1/10 tsp Yeast
  • 1/5 cup Milk
  • As required pinch of salt
  • As required Needed warm water
  • As required Oil For Frying

Directions: Soft Chin Chin Recipe

  • STEP 1.Sift all the dry ingredients together.Add the veg oil and mix thoroughly until it gives you a bread crumbs like texture.Add the yeast and sugar in the warm water to proof it.When the yeast is activated i.e it has form some bubbles)add it to the dry ingredients,mix very until you achieve a smooth and soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Cover and keep under the sun or in a warm place to rise,after it has double itself,punch the dough and knead very well.
  • STEP 3.Spread some flour in your work place and roll the dough with a rolling pin,cut into desired shape and deep fry in a hot oil.
