  • 0.33 cup MeasuringUrad Dal.
  • 1 cup MeasuringIdli Rice.
  • As required Salt as per requirement.

Directions: Soft And Spongy Rice Idlis. Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a Bowl Take 1 Measuring Cup of Urad Dal. Wash Urad Dal Once Only. In Another Bowl Take 3 Measuring Cup Idli Rice, and wash the Rice 3 to 4 Times. Add Watet and Soaked for 5 to 6 hours.
  • STEP 2.After 6 hours take socked Urad Dal in Mixcer Jar, add Urad Dal wash Water and grind the Urad Dal. And grind Urad Dal in Bowl.
  • STEP 3.Then take soaked Idli Rice, and for grind Idli Rice, used Urad Dal Water. And take the grind Idli Rice in a bowl, Mix it with Hand for 10 Minutes. Add 1 Tea Spoon Salt Mix it well., Till Bubbles, come to the Batter and closed it. Then mix Urad Dal batter, as well as idli Rice Batter. And Keep aside for Half an hour.
  • STEP 4.After Half an hour take a Idli Batter. Add 1 Spoon Salt Put the Batter in Idli Stand, and put the stand in Idli Cooker. And put the Idli Cooker on the Gas. And cooked on Medium Gas for 10 Minutes. Switch off the Gas.
  • STEP 5.After 10 Minutes takes out Idlis, from the Stand. And our Fluppy, Soft Kerala Styles Idlis, Ready to serve, with Green Chatny.
  • STEP 6.Fir Green Chutney : In a Mixcer Grinder take Half Coconut 4-5 Green Chillies, Half Cup Corrionder Leaves, 3-4 Curry leaves, Salt as per requirement. And Grind it very Smoothly. And Now Serve The Soft and Spongy Rice Idli.
