  • 1 Pieces Potatoes
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion diced
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato diced
  • 0.13 Pieces Capsicum diced
  • 0.13 cup hung curd
  • 0.13 tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.13 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.13 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Roasted gram flour
  • 1/4 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Ghee
  • as required Coal as required for smoky flavour

Directions: Smoky Flavoured Tandoori Aloo Recipe

  • STEP 1.First boil potato till one whistle on high flame. Now peel it & cut in half. For marination In a mixing bowl take hung curd & add roasted besan, mustard oil & all spices to it. Mix it well.Add potatoes to it. Keep ready all veggies & mix in marination. For smoky flavour heat coal on flame. Keep this burning coal in a bowl & place it in marination. Now dizzle desi ghee on coal and cover the bowl with a lid. It gives a nice smoky flavour. After 30 min of marination skew all veggies in a skewer. Grease a grilled pan with ghee. Place all skewers on pan and cook for 10 min. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle chaat masala on it. Smoky flavour tandoori aloo is ready to serve.
