STEP 1.First take a bowl add greated cheese or panner gram flour cornflour chilli powder coriander powder salt turmeric cummin powder ginger garlic paste green chillies garam masala and coriender leaves and mix well like a dough
STEP 2.Now take a small bowl and heat the charcoal piece on the gas in high flame now remove the charcoal piece in the small bowl
STEP 3.Now take the kabab mixtures bowl and put the small bowl in it then add ghee or long on the charcoal piece and cover with cleaning wrap atleast 30 minutes
STEP 4.Now take a wooden stick and make the kabab and put on the wodden stick with the help of the hand now make all kababs like this process
STEP 5.After that heat the nonstick twa add oil then put all the kababs and roast both of the side until kabab becames golden brown
STEP 6.And serve with salad and your favorite deep
STEP 7.Tip : u can make kababs without wodden stick
