  • STEP 1.Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) and soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
  • STEP 3.Place the shrimp on a wire rack and transfer it to the smoker. Add the soaked wood chips to the smoker box.
