These everything bagel flatbreads, which are great for breakfast or breakfast-for-dinner combine two of my favorite foods – lox and everything bagel seasoning!.
Ingredients for Smoked Salmon Breakfast Flatbread Recipe
1/4 cup 5 oz all purpose or white whole wheat flour
0.38 teaspoon baking powder
0.13 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup non fat Greek yogurt, not regular, drained if there's any liquid
As required olive oil spray
As required Everything Bagel Seasoning, store bought or homemade
0.13 red onion, peeled and sliced into thin strips
1/4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 ounce 1/2 cup 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1/4 beefsteak tomato, sliced thin
1 ounce smoked salmon or nova lox
1/2 tablespoon capers, drained
As required fresh dill, for garnish
1 cup For gluten free I suggest Cup flour
