  • 3/4 Cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp Semolina
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Cup refiend oil
  • As Required Salt

  • STEP 3.Step 1: Mix semolina, salt, baking soda and oil into flour with the help of water.
  • STEP 4.Step 2: Create a thick base by pressing the dough altogether by using a rolling pin and then use circular shape and sticks to retrieve the shapes for the smileys. Heat some oil and deep fry the smileys.
  • STEP 5.Step 3: Flip the smileys in the oil for a while and then retrieve them from the oil. Place them into some tissue papers for the excess oil to be absorbed by the tissues and they are ready to served hot with some evening tea.
