1/2-1 teaspoon Canola oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon Beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
0.38 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Burgundy wine or beef stock
3/4 Medium potatoes , peeled and quartered
1/4 cup Fresh mushrooms, halved
1/4 Medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
1/2 inch Medium carrots, cut into 1 pieces
1/2 inch Celery ribs, cut into 1/2 pieces
