  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 325��F.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Season the round steak with salt and pepper, then coat it in flour.
  • STEP 3.Sear the steak on both sides until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
