Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine the shrimp, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Transfer the shrimp to a slow cooker.
  • STEP 3.In the same skillet, add the onions and cook until they turn translucent. Add the tomato puree, heavy cream, and water. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
