Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  • STEP 2.Add the pork to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
