  • 1/4 Large onion, finely diced
  • 3/4 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 tablespoon Brown sugar or sukrin gold sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mild curry powder or use hot if preferred
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cayenne pepper or mild chilli powder
  • 3.75 ounce Can chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 Beef stock cube crumbled
  • 1/4 stick Cinnamon
  • As required Handful fresh coriander, roughly chopped to serve
  • pinch Pinch dried chilli flakes to serve
