  • 1/2 tablespoon Plain/all purpose flour
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 Cloves garlic peeled and minced

  • 0.38 cup Beef stock
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 Green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 Small courgette/zucchini chopped into chunks
  • 3/4 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese
  • As required Freshly chopped parsley
  • 0.06 Red onion peeled and thinly sliced
  • As required Cooked couscous if i'm going for a flavoured couscous, i like ainsley harriott's spice sensation with this meal
