  • 1/2 teaspoon Red cayenne pepper
  • 1.50 Medium sized red onions diced

  • 1/4 tablespoon 1 and ginger grated
  • 1/4 pound 2 and of cubed leg of lamb
  • piece A fewlamb on the bone optional, but helps with the flavor

  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1-1.50 Pods of green cardamom gently bruised
  • 1-1.50 Bay leaves
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 1.50 inch 1 large - stick cinnamon, broken into smaller pieces
  • 5-7.50 can Fingerling potatoes note, if you are using organic potatoes, youleave the skin
  • 1 inch 2 medium sized carrots peeled and cut intos
  • 1/2 tablespoon Clarified butter ghee
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion Thinly Sliced
