  • 15 milliliter Red wine such as chianti
  • 1/4 Bay leaves
  • piece Small piece parmesan rind
  • 62.50 milliliter Hot beef stock increase to 750ml for hob version
  • As required Salt and pepper to season
  • As required Cooked pasta such as tagliatelle or pappardelle or choose your favourite
  • As required Fresh parsley, chopped to serve

  • As required Grated parmesan cheese to serve, as much as you like
