  • 1/100 cup A few squirts of ketchup, use ketchup with no corn syrup
  • 0.13 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.13 teaspoon Chili powder, or to taste
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.03 teaspoon Pepper
  • 12.50 Whole wheat, grain, or ezekiel hamburger buns or hot dog buns
