Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a large bowl, combine the lean ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf tin and shape it into a loaf shape.
  • STEP 4.Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and browned on top.
  • STEP 5.While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the tomato and chilli jam. In a small saucepan, combine the tomatoes, chilli flakes, vinegar, sweetener, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and becomes jam-like.
