1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
As required salt and pepper
1/4 cup fat free spicy black bean dip
0.33 cup reduced fat Mexican cheese like Weight Watchers
1/2 cup pico de gallo salsa
0.13 cup light sour cream
0.17 cup fresh cilantro
