  • 0.13 pound 24 large raw shrimp, peeled and deviened
  • 0.06 cup 1 tbsp shredded sweetened coconut
  • 0.06 cup 1 tbsp panko crumbs, or gluten free panko
  • 1/4 tablespoon all purpose or gluten free flour, you will only use 1 tbsp
  • 0.13 large egg
  • pinch Salt
  • stick non spray, I used my misto
  • 0.06 cup apricot preserves, you can use sugar free if you wish
  • 0.13 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 0.09 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
