STEP 2.Add jaggery in a pan along with 2 tablespoon of water.
STEP 3.Heat on medium heat until jaggery melts.
STEP 4.Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool.
STEP 5.Strain the mixture through a sieve.
STEP 6.Mix Whole wheat flour, ghee, fennel seeds and cardamom powder in a bowl and make tight dough
STEP 7.Take a small ball and roll it n make small thick roti and tie with thread.
STEP 8.Make the other roties in the same way from remaining dough.
STEP 9.Generally it is cooked on CHULA. So place this roti on hot tawa.
STEP 10.Roast it on both the sides apply oil to become crispy.
