Sindhi bhugal chawal with spilt bengal gram is a traditional sindhi pulao dish which tastes yummy with 'dal bhasar'-which is again prepared using split bengal gram in rich gravy. During my childhood days, i used to go gurudwara to have this pulao in langar prasad! this can also br served with mere curd or boondi raita or vegetable raita along with sindhi papad.i have made medium spicy according to our taste buds! you can definitely add more chillies to make it more yummy.
