  • STEP 4.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter onto it.
  • STEP 5.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thick pancake.
  • STEP 6.Top the uttapam with chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies.
  • STEP 7.Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook on medium heat.
  • STEP 8.Flip the uttapam and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
