Ingredients for Simple upma Recipe

  • 0.33 Cups rava
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 0.67 g Chopped Green chillies
  • 0.33 tsp 1/ 2 tsp
  • 0.33 tbsp Peanuts
  • 0.33 tsp 1/ 2 tsp
  • 0.33 tsp 1/ 2 tsp sug
  • 2.67 Pieces Curry leaves
  • 0.33 tsp 1/ 2 tsp
  • 0.33 tsp 1/ 2 tsp
  • As Required as per need Coriander for garnish

Directions: Simple Upma Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat up oil in a pan or kadhai. Put mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, peanuts, curry leaves and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 2.Now add green chillies and onions. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt and sugar. Now put water and let it boil.
  • STEP 3.When the water starts boiling add rava little by little and stirr continuously for a minute. Now cover the lid cook it on very low flame for 2 more minutes.. Hot and delicious upma is ready.. serve it with farsan of your choice.
