  • 62.50 gram Lasagne Noodles, Cooked According To Package Instructions
  • 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 0.13 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180��C (350��F).
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork, onions, and garlic. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, and chopped parsley.
  • STEP 5.Spread a thin layer of the pork mixture in the bottom of the skillet. Top with a layer of lasagne noodles, followed by a layer of the ricotta mixture. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of pork mixture on top.
  • STEP 6.Cover the skillet with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the lasagne is bubbly and golden.
